Mr. Tseng holds a Master of Laws degree and dual bachelor’s degrees in law and economics. During his graduate studies, he specialized in civil law and labor law, with a focus on the Taiwan Labor Standards Act, Employment Service Act, Labor Insurance Act, and Labor Union Act. His master's thesis, "A Study on the Remedial Orders for Unfair Labor Practices—Focusing on Reinstatement in the U.S. and Taiwan," discusses unfair labor practices from labor unions’ perspective.

To gain practical legal experience and prepare for his future legal career, Mr. Tseng interned at the Taiwan headquarters of a well-known Japanese apparel company, where he became familiar with corporate in-house legal affairs. Additionally, he participated in a judicial internship program, working under the direct guidance of judges, which provided valuable insight into court procedures and judicial decision-making.

Since the beginning of his legal practice, Mr. Tseng has focused on civil and criminal litigation, labor disputes, and insurance litigation. In addition to litigation matters, he assists companies in reviewing legal documents and providing legal opinions. His background in both law and economics enables him to analyze legal issues from multiple angles, offering solutions that balance legal strategy with business objectives.
