Lillian Chiu is a practicing attorney in Taiwan. Since receiving her Master’s degree in Criminal Law, she has obtained substantial practical experience in both civil and criminal litigation, in addition to considerable applied practice outside the courtroom. Her extensive academic and experiential grounding in insurance claim disputes, labor disputes, intellectual property infringements, and Taiwanese personal data protection regulations enables her to identify the best path forward for her clients.
